Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated SPE-Provider Credentialing professional with 1 to 3 years of experience in healthcare products and credentialing processes. The role involves managing credentialing and re-credentialing tasks efficiently in a hybrid work model with night shifts. The candidate will contribute to the seamless operation of our healthcare services ensuring compliance and enhancing provider satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end provider credentialing and re-credentialing process to ensure timely and accurate completion. Collaborate with healthcare providers to gather necessary documentation and information for credentialing purposes. Verify provider credentials and qualifications to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of provider credentials in the system. Communicate effectively with providers and internal teams to resolve any credentialing issues or discrepancies. Utilize healthcare product knowledge to streamline credentialing processes and improve efficiency. Monitor and track credentialing timelines to ensure adherence to deadlines and avoid service disruptions. Provide support and guidance to providers regarding credentialing requirements and procedures. Analyze credentialing data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the process. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws regulations and accreditation standards related to provider credentialing. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall provider experience. Contribute to the development and implementation of credentialing policies and procedures. Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize credentialing workflows and reduce turnaround times.
