Job Summary




The SPE-Ins Claims role is designed for professionals with 2 to 5 years of experience in customer service and domain expertise. This position requires handling claims efficiently within the Property & Casualty Insurance domain. The role operates in a hybrid work model with rotational shifts ensuring flexibility and adaptability to meet client needs.

Responsibilities



Manage claims processes efficiently to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to streamline operations and improve service delivery. Analyze claim data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the claims process. Utilize domain knowledge in Property & Casualty Insurance to assess and process claims accurately. Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and resolve inquiries related to claims. Implement strategies to enhance customer service and improve client retention. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless claim processing and resolution. Maintain accurate records of claims and related documentation for auditing and compliance purposes. Develop and execute plans to optimize claims handling procedures and reduce processing time. Adapt to rotational shifts to provide consistent support and service to clients. Leverage IT domain skills to utilize relevant software and tools for efficient claims management. Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations in all claims activities. Contribute to the companys mission by delivering exceptional service and fostering positive client relationships.

Qualifications



Demonstrate proficiency in customer service with a focus on claims management. Possess domain expertise in Property & Casualty Insurance for accurate claim assessments. Exhibit strong analytical skills to evaluate claim data and identify improvement opportunities. Show excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and resolution of inquiries. Have experience in utilizing IT tools and software relevant to claims processing. Display adaptability to rotational shifts and hybrid work model requirements. Maintain a detail-oriented approach to ensure compliance and accuracy in documentation.

Certifications Required




Certified Customer Service Professional (CCSP) Property & Casualty Insurance Certification
