What We Look For
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech Therapist to join our team. Passionate about helping children with communication needs. A therapist who is empathetic, patient, and child-friendly, with strong communication and listening skills. Roles & Responsibilities
Assessment & Diagnosis
Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, voice, fluency, and communication skills.
Diagnose speech and communication disorders and document findings in detailed reports.
Use standardized tests, observational methods, and patient interviews to diagnose conditions.
Therapy & Intervention
Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy to address articulation, fluency, voice, oral-motor, stuttering and language delays.
Implement alternative and augmentative communication (AAC) strategies when required.
Collaboration & Support
Work closely with parents, caregivers, and special educators to support therapy goals
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (psychologists, occupational therapists, special educators, etc.) for holistic care.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and treatment plans.
Provide training, resources, and home-based activity recommendations to families.
Monitoring & Documentation
Regularly monitor and document patient progress.
Track client progress and update therapy plans accordingly.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical records.
Prepare progress reports for parents, schools, or healthcare professionals.
Professional Development
Stay updated with current best practices in speech therapy.
Participate in workshops, training, and case discussions within the organization.
Requirements
Education
: Bachelor in Audiology and Speech Language Pathology (BASLP) - mandatory.
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) is preferred.
Certification
: Valid license/registration with the
Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI)
.
Experience
: 0-5 years of experience.
Freshers
with BASLP are welcome to apply.
Languages
: Proficiency in Telugu and English is a must; Hindi speaking is an added advantage.
