Success Learning Center is looking for a dedicated and experienced Speech Therapist to join our team in Anna Nagar. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of hands-on experience in assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals with speech, language, and communication challenges.
We are seeking someone who is passionate about making a meaningful impact on the lives of children and adults through tailored therapy and compassionate care. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed assessments of speech, language, voice, and communication disorders.
Develop and implement individualized treatment and intervention plans.
Provide therapy sessions tailored to the client's needs (both individual and group settings).
Monitor and document client progress regularly.
Collaborate with parents, caregivers, educators, and other professionals to support client development.
Educate families and provide home practice strategies.
Maintain accurate records and follow professional and ethical guidelines. Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences.
Minimum of 1 year of relevant clinical experience.
RCI registration (preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Empathetic, patient, and committed to client progress.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
