Roles & Responsibilities
Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders in children and/or adults.
Develop individualized treatment plans and therapy goals.
Conduct therapy sessions (one?on?one / group), using appropriate techniques and evidence?based practices.
Monitor patient progress and adjust plans as needed.
Educate patients and caregivers / parents on home practice strategies and support.
Maintain accurate treatment records, documentation, and reports.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (doctors, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, educators, etc.).
Participate in periodic in?service training, workshops, awareness programs.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's (BASLP) or Master's (MASLP / M.Sc Speech & Language Pathology) degree in Speech?Language Pathology / Audiology (or equivalent).
Valid certification and/or registration (e.g., Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI)) preferred.
Clinical internship / hands?on experience with speech therapy desirable.
