Job Description

Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results Provide therapy for articulation, language delays, fluency, voice, social communication, and dysphagia Monitor, document, and evaluate patient progress; modify treatment plans as needed Maintain accurate clinical records and reports in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards Collaborate with physicians, psychologists, educators, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and caregivers Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment strategies and home programs Participate in case conferences, multidisciplinary meetings, and care planning Ensure ethical and evidence-based practice at all times Stay updated with current research, best practices, and continuing education requirements
