Position Summary

The Speech Therapist will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and communication disorders in both children and adults. This role focuses on helping individuals improve communication skills, overcome speech challenges, and enhance quality of life through tailored therapy programs.

Key Responsibilities

Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in pediatric and adult patients. Develop individualized treatment and therapy plans based on patient needs. Provide therapy sessions to improve articulation, fluency, voice, and comprehension. Educate and guide patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and home practice. Collaborate with doctors, psychologists, occupational therapists, and educators for holistic care. Maintain accurate patient records and therapy progress notes. Stay updated with new techniques, research, and best practices in speech therapy. Conduct therapy sessions in individual or group settings as required.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech and Language Pathology (SLP) from a recognized institution. Valid certification/registration from relevant governing body. Experience in working with both pediatric and adult populations. Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills. Patience and adaptability in working with diverse patient needs. Knowledge of assistive and augmentative communication devices (preferred).

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
