About Care For Autism

Care For Autism is a leading child development and therapy centre offering multidisciplinary intervention for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, developmental delays, learning difficulties, and speech-language disorders. Our team includes Clinical Psychologists, Occupational Therapists, Special Educators, Behaviour Therapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists working collaboratively to support children and families.

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled

Speech Therapist / Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for working with children, good communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive speech, language, articulation, and communication assessments. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each child's needs. Provide therapy for articulation disorders, language delays, fluency disorders, oral-motor issues, and ASD-related communication challenges. Collaborate closely with psychologists, occupational therapists, special educators, and behaviour therapists. Maintain proper documentation, session notes, and progress reports. Provide parent training for home-based generalization of skills.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's / Master's in Speech & Hearing / Speech-Language Pathology.

RCI registration (mandatory).

Experience with children with autism or developmental delays preferred. Freshers with a strong passion to learn may also apply.
