Job Description

Conduct speech, language, communication, and swallowing assessments. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results. Provide therapy sessions focusing on speech clarity, language development, social communication, fluency, and feeding skills. Monitor and document progress, adjusting therapy goals as needed. Collaborate with occupational therapists, behavior therapists, psychologists, and other team members. Educate and counsel parents/caregivers on therapy techniques to continue at home. Prepare and maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress reports. Participate in case discussions, team meetings, and parent review sessions. Ensure a child-friendly and positive therapy environment. Stay updated with current best practices and therapy methodologies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Valid professional certification/licensure as per regulatory guidelines. Strong knowledge of speech and language therapy techniques. Experience working with children with developmental delays/autism . Excellent communication and observation skills. Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team. Compassionate, patient-focused, and child-friendly approach.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
