Job Description

Conduct speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing assessments. Diagnose communication disorders and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide evidence-based therapy to address speech, language, cognitive-communication, and feeding/swallowing difficulties. Collaborate with occupational therapists, psychologists, special educators, and medical professionals to provide holistic care. Counsel and educate families/caregivers on therapy techniques for home practice. Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and therapy reports. Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and interdisciplinary planning. Stay updated with the latest research, therapy techniques, and professional standards. Ensure ethical and professional practice in compliance with regulatory and organizational guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (M.Sc. SLP / BASLP / MASLP or equivalent). Valid certification/registration from the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI). Strong clinical knowledge in pediatric and/or adult speech and language disorders. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team. Prior clinical experience in speech therapy is preferred but not mandatory (freshers may also apply).
