We are hiring a dedicated

Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

for our centre in Mattanchery. The SLP will assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct speech, language, communication, and swallowing assessments. Develop individualized treatment plans for children and adults. Provide speech therapy sessions (one-on-one or group-based). Work with clients having ASD, ADHD, hearing impairment, cerebral palsy, developmental delays, stroke, and other conditions. Collaborate with occupational therapists, physiotherapists, psychologists, special educators, and doctors. Maintain accurate therapy notes, reports, and progress documentation. Guide parents/caregivers with home training activities. Participate in review meetings and multidisciplinary planning.

Qualifications

BASLP / MASLP

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. RCI registration (preferred; if not available, candidate should be willing to apply).

Skills Required

Strong assessment and therapy planning skills. Good communication with parents and team members. Patience, empathy, and a child-friendly approach. Documentation and report-writing ability.
