Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate, licensed

Speech?Language tutor

to deliver

virtual therapy sessions for U.S. kids

in individual formats. Ideal candidates will collaborate with families, educators, and support teams to foster meaningful, measurable progress in speech and language development.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive

tele-assessments

to evaluate speech, language, voice, fluency, and pragmatics Develop and implement

individualized therapy plans

tailored to each child's needs Track, document, and report progress, adjusting goals as needed Offer parent/caregiver coaching and home-based carryover strategies Maintain collaborative communication with educators, caregivers, and allied professionals

Qualifications

Master's degree in Speech?Language Therapy or Communication Disorders

Minimum 1-2 years

of experience working with pediatric clients (school, clinic, or telepractice) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Patient, empathetic, and culturally responsive approach to working with children and families
