Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Speech Therapist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of speech, language, and communication disorders in children and be skilled in designing individualized therapy plans to support developmental goals. Key Responsibilities: Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for children with developmental delays, autism spectrum disorder, articulation issues, or other communication challenges. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans (ITPs) based on assessment findings. Use play-based and evidence-based therapy techniques to enhance communication, speech clarity, and language development. Collaborate with parents, occupational therapists, psychologists, and special educators for holistic intervention. Maintain detailed therapy progress records and prepare periodic progress reports. Provide parental guidance and home programs to support continuity of therapy at home. Participate in team meetings, workshops, and awareness programs. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology / Audiology (BASLP / MASLP) from a recognized university. RCI Registration (preferred). Strong understanding of child development and speech-language milestones. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Empathetic, patient, and creative approach when working with children.
