Key Responsibilities:
Conduct
baseline assessments
to evaluate speech, language, and communication abilities.
Develop and implement
individualized therapy plans
based on the child's needs.
Use
evidence-based techniques
to improve articulation, fluency, voice modulation, and receptive-expressive language skills.
Document
monthly progress reports
to track the child's development and therapy outcomes.
Work closely with
parents and caregivers
, providing guidance on exercises and strategies to reinforce therapy at home.
Collaborate with
occupational therapists, psychologists, and other professionals
to ensure a holistic approach to intervention.
Maintain ethical standards and
confidentiality
in all therapy sessions.
Participate in

Qualifications:
Education:
Master's in Speech-Language Pathology (MASLP) or Bachelor's in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP).
Experience:
0-2 years (Freshers with relevant experience can apply).
Skills:
Strong communication skills, patience, observational skills, and a passion for working with children with speech and language challenges.
