Key Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders in children and adults. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on patient needs. Conduct regular therapy sessions and monitor progress. Maintain accurate clinical documentation, reports, and case notes. Counsel parents/caregivers regarding therapy goals and home programs. Coordinate with other healthcare professionals, educators, and therapists when required. Participate in case discussions, training sessions, and internal meetings.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Sound clinical knowledge in speech and language disorders. Ability to handle pediatric and/or adult cases independently. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Patient-focused and empathetic approach. Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.

Preferred Traits:

Experience in pediatric therapy, autism, or school-based therapy is an advantage. Willingness to learn and adapt to organizational protocols.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
