About the Role



We are seeking a skilled and compassionate

Speech Therapist

to join our multidisciplinary mental health and wellness team. The role involves diagnosing, evaluating, and treating speech, language, voice, and communication disorders in children, adolescents, and adults. The ideal candidate will demonstrate clinical expertise, patience, and a strong commitment to supporting clients' overall development and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities



Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs. Work closely with psychologists, occupational therapists, pediatricians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care. Educate and counsel clients, parents, and caregivers about therapy goals, progress, and home practice techniques. Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, therapy sessions, progress reports, and case histories. Use evidence-based therapy techniques, assistive devices, and technology to enhance treatment outcomes. Conduct group sessions, workshops, and awareness programs when required. Stay updated with the latest research, tools, and practices in speech-language pathology.

Qualifications & Skills



Education:

Master's or Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology / Audiology from a recognized institution.

Certification:

RCI (Rehabilitation Council of India) registration preferred/required. Strong diagnostic and therapeutic skills in pediatric, adolescent, and adult cases. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team. Empathy, patience, and cultural sensitivity when dealing with diverse clients.

Preferred Experience



1-3 years of clinical experience (freshers with internships in reputed centers may also apply). Prior work with children having autism, ADHD, speech delays, articulation disorders, stuttering, or language impairments will be an added advantage.
