Key Responsibilities
Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for children with autism, ADHD, speech delays, articulation issues, and sensory-processing difficulties.
Create personalized therapy plans using evidence-based frameworks.
Deliver individual and group therapy sessions focusing on speech, language, swallowing, fluency, and AAC-based communication.
Collaborate with special educators, OTs, psychologists, and parents to implement holistic care plans.
Guide parents through training sessions, home programs, and digital resources.
Use AI-powered tools on the company app to track progress, recommend adaptive exercises, and maintain therapy documentation.
Record progress, outcomes, session logs, and adjust strategies based on data.
Stay updated on new therapy methods, early-intervention protocols, and tech innovations in pediatric therapy.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP) from a recognized institute.
1-2 years of clinical experience working with pediatric populations.
Knowledge of therapy methodologies such as PROMPT, PECS, Oral Placement Therapy, AAC (preferred but not mandatory).
RCA and RCI certifications
Strong communication and interpersonal empathy; ability to work closely with families.
Experience or interest in digital tools / healthtech solutions.
Comfortable working in a collaborative, child-focused environment.
