Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka Experience: 0 to 2 Years

Organization: ShelterArms - Speech & Languages Therapy Center

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP / MASLP). Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

Assess speech, language, voice, fluency, and feeding/swallowing difficulties in children. Develop age-appropriate, individualized therapy plans tailored to each child's needs. Provide one-on-one and group therapy for conditions such as articulation delay, language delay, stuttering, autism-related communication issues, and developmental speech disorders.
Use play-based and child-friendly therapy techniques to keep children engaged.
Educate and guide parents/caregivers on home-based support strategies and carryover activities.
Collaborate with pediatricians, occupational therapists, psychologists, and educators for a holistic approach.
Monitor and document therapy progress and modify goals as needed.
Participate in child development screenings, workshops, and awareness programs.
