Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders. This role involves developing personalised treatment plans and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support clients' communication needs.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders. Develop and implement individualised treatment plans based on assessment results. Provide therapy sessions to clients, adjusting techniques as necessary to achieve desired outcomes. Educate clients and their families on strategies to improve communication skills. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, documenting progress and treatment outcomes. Collaborate with other professionals, such as educators and healthcare providers, to coordinate care. Stay informed about the latest research and best practices in speech-language pathology.

Qualifications

Proven experience working with individuals with speech and language disorders. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
