Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers. Participate in training sessions to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless customer service operations. Adapt to rotational shifts to meet the needs of our global customer base. Contribute to the companys purpose by ensuring a positive customer experience impacting customer loyalty and retention.




Qualifications



Possess strong communication skills in English both written and spoken. Demonstrate proficiency in handling customer inquiries and order processing. Exhibit a customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering high-quality service. Show ability to work independently in a work-from-home environment. Display adaptability to rotational shifts to support global operations. Have basic knowledge of order entry processes and customer service best practices.
