About The Job:

• Operations: Operations and architecture of Windows and Linux solutions aligned with current standards.
• Integration: Ensure SUSE Linux and Windows Server integration with Active Directory and Azure Cloud.
• System Administration: Manage Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, Client, File and Print Services, IIS, FTP, and sFTP.
• Azure Management: Oversee server build, monitoring, and data migration from on-premises to Azure.
• Azure Virtual Desktops: Operate and support Virtual Desktop Infrastructure.
• Disaster Recovery: Develop concepts for redundancy and scalability.
• Security & Compliance: Implement evergreen approaches, conduct security and vulnerability checks, manage patching via SCCM/WSUS/Ansible, and ensure SOX compliance.
• Standardization & Automation: Use tools like SCCM, SCOM, and Ansible for process automation.
• Process Integration: Integrate incident, change, and configuration management processes into existing architecture.
• Monitoring & Backup: Develop concepts for system monitoring and backup.
• Support & Troubleshooting: Provide issue support, perform root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Experience:

• 5+ years in Windows and SUSE Linux Administration in large enterprises.
• Windows Administration:

• Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, Client, File and Print Services.
• Third Level Support Windows Servers.
• Monthly patching via SCCM.
• Linux Administration:

• SUSE Linux integration with Active Directory.
• Support Linux Server issues.
• Monthly patching via Ansible.
• Automation & Scripting:

• Scripting & automation (e.g., Ansible, PowerShell).
• System Operations:

• System/server provisioning.
• Lifecycle maintenance.
• Backup, restore and Performance tuning.
• Support for SOX/audits and ability to prepare documentation/ policies for auditors.
