Role Summary:

Will be Responsible for the following activities,

• Shall possess adequate Proudct knowledge and applicable codes and standards.
• Thorough knowledge on API Spec Q1,API Product Monogramming ,CE/ PED requirements.QMS- ISO 9001 & API Spec Q1,IMS- ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001.
• Monitor Verification of purchased products and activities (Casting, BOF, Sub contract material) in-line with check list, process sheets, Drawing, thereby verify conformance with applicable product QAP/ ITP, applicable API/ CE marking product specification, customer requirements.
• Achieving the targeted Key performance indicators (KPI) as laid out in the Quality Objective and carry out data analysis for identified Gaps.
• Monitor Control of documents of latest revision (Including External origin) and records and ensure preservation, retention and retrieval.
• Monitor Control of Non-conforming product \xe2\x80\x93 prevent unintended use or delivery, address detected Non conformity.
• Perform/Coordinate - NDE, PMI.
• Analyze product nonconformance/ failure, Rework, Rejections with the relevant data.
• Verify, validate, monitor, measure, inspect and test specific to the product and criteria for product acceptance.
• Conduct QMS Audits as applicable for relevant functions.
• Initiating & Implementing Continual Improvement.
• Ensure applicable version of specification, drawings, process requirements, inspection instructions and other relevant technical data
• Mechanical Engineer with 10+ years of relevant experience

• Shall be responsible for the Product Quality right through the Manufacturing process-Receipt of raw materail to Product Dispatch meeting the quality requirements as per Customer specification and Codes & standrads .
• Shall possess thorough knowledge on QMS/EMS/OHSAS
• Shall perform QMS audits across all functions.
• Shall possess Qualification in NDE -ASNT Level II certification in RT/MT/PT/UT/VT /LT as applicable
• Shall have adequate knlwledge various welding process and their inspections.
• Shall have through knowledge Product testing, Gas testing and safety requiremnts .
• Handling of special inspection equipment like PMI, Hardness tester,
• Material standard awareness and its Interpretation
• Knowledge in SAP and Docuemnt Management systems
• Machining process knowledge
• Material handling
• Final Inspection & PDI
• Problem solving Technique
• Preparation of Check list, Work instructions, Q-Alert.
• Documentation control

• Experience in engineering and utilization of Lean and Six Sigma tools and methodologies.
• Experience in quailty control department.
• Understanding of product / process flow.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
