We are seeking a Specialist UX Designer who can lead experience strategy from discovery through delivery. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product leaders, UI designers, developers, and clients to design intuitive, scalable, and user-centered digital experiences.
This position calls for strong strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to mentor junior designers while remaining deeply involved in hands-on design work.

Key Responsibilities
UX Strategy & Design

• Lead end-to-end UX design across web and digital product initiatives.
• Translate business objectives and user needs into clear, actionable experience strategies.
• Plan, conduct, and synthesize user research including interviews, usability testing, and surveys.
• Create personas, journey maps, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Ensure usability, accessibility, and consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Client & Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to define problems and align on experience goals.
• Facilitate discovery workshops, design sprints, and UX reviews.
• Present UX concepts and clearly articulate design decisions supported by research and insights.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Mentor and provide constructive feedback to mid-level and junior UX designers.
• Work closely with UI, brand, and engineering teams to ensure cohesive execution.
• Contribute to strengthening UX processes, standards, and best practices.

Quality & Craft

• Champion user-centered design, clarity, and simplicity.
• Balance creative thinking with usability, scalability, and technical feasibility.
• Maintain a high standard of design quality across all deliverables.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5-8+ years of professional experience in UX design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX strategy, problem-solving, and end-to-end design thinking.
• Expertise in user research, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Proficiency with tools such as Figma, FigJam, Miro, or similar platforms.
• Solid understanding of accessibility standards and usability best practices.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with global brands or complex digital platforms.
• Familiarity with design systems and scalable UX frameworks.
• Understanding of front-end development constraints and workflows.
