Develop, debug, and optimize

LabVIEW code

for advanced automated test setups and instrumentation tasks. Design, implement, and validate

PLC logic

for process automation, control systems, and manufacturing applications. Lead signal processing, logic implementation, and control flow for diverse automation and testing scenarios. Own the development and maintenance of

data acquisition and diagnostics systems

to ensure accuracy and reliability. Perform advanced wiring, panel integration, and hardware setup, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Troubleshoot complex hardware-software integration issues and drive continuous improvements in system performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, testing, and production) to implement scalable automation solutions. Work on Data Acquisition with different instruments using NI DAQ Cards, PLC,s and other digital circuits Develop Labview Software and create unique GUI's as per test requirements and standards Hands on Experience on Data acquisition using NI DAQ, PLC, Labview etc. Thorough understanding on RS-485, RS-232, Ethernet communications etc. Hands on experience on PCBA level Functional circuit test is added advantage.

Good Fundamental understanding on selection of instrument as required.
