: As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in leading Agile teams working on cutting-edge data and AI-driven initiatives, ensuring seamless delivery of projects that align with AT&T
s data strategy. Roles and Responsibilities
Create product roadmap and project plan.
Organize and facilitate Scrum team meetings including Release and Sprint planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Demo and Retrospectives.
Support in developing, maintaining, and grooming Product Backlog.
Remove impediments and manage dependencies, risks, and issues during Sprint execution.
Provide inputs and clarify business and technical requirements during project and release planning.
Utilize JIRA, Confluence wiki and Microsoft office tools for product management.
Lead the team in embracing Test-Driven Development and DevOps principles & practices for software development. Skills Required:
Strong experience in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS) for complex data projects.
Expertise in facilitating Agile ceremonies and ensuring smooth execution.
Proficiency in Agile metrics and reporting (burn-down charts, velocity tracking).
Excellent problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
Hands-on experience with Agile tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, Rally, Confluence).
Strong leadership, communication, and Agile coaching experience at the enterprise level.
Ability to influence leadership and drive Agile maturity assessments. Technical Qualifications: Preferred:
