A
ssist with the preparation of UK VAT returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with HMRC regulations. S
upport the UK team in compiling JV VAT returns, maintaining proper documentation and reconciliations. H
andle CIS processing, including verification, monthly returns, and deduction statements in coordination with the UK finance team. M
anage withholding tax calculations, documentation, and statutory submissions. A
ssist in the preparation and submission of EU 13th Directive VAT refund claims, ensuring compliance with local and international requirements. M
aintain records of all VAT-related documents and transactions for audit and regulatory review. A
ssist with internal and external VAT audits as required. C
ollaborate with cross-functional teams in India and the UK to address VAT queries and improve VAT processes and controls. S
upport the implementation of VAT automation tools and systems. B
uild strong relationships with internal stakeholders to promote VAT awareness. S
tay updated on changes in VAT legislation relevant to the UK, CIS, and EU VAT refund processes and assess their impact on the business. E
xcellent analytical skills and attention to detail. P
roficiency in MS Office Suite and relevant accounting software. E
ffective communication and teamwork abilities, especially with international teams. P
