As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client\'s workforce. Your responsibilities will encompass both technical and non-technical hiring, ensuring that the company attracts and retains top-tier talent to drive innovation and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Tech and Non-tech Hiring:
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, including but not limited to cloud sales, infrastructure, developers, Java, networking, and cybersecurity.
- Manage the entire recruitment process for non-technical positions, such as sales, marketing, presales, and chartered accountants.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and develop comprehensive hiring strategies.
2. Talent Acquisition Frameworks:
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain skilled professionals across various domains.
- Design and optimize candidate sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Create and maintain job descriptions, interview guidelines, and assessment tools to ensure consistency and objectivity in the hiring process.
3. Vendor Management:
- Identify and partner with external recruitment agencies and vendors to augment talent search capabilities.
- Set performance standards for vendor partners and regularly evaluate their effectiveness in delivering high-quality candidates.
- Negotiate contracts and manage budgets related to talent acquisition initiatives.
4. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize data-driven insights to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-backed recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Master\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, preferably in the IT industry or a technology-focused organization.
- Solid understanding of tech and non-tech job roles, skills, and industry trends.
- Demonstrated expertise in setting up and executing talent acquisition frameworks.
- Experience in vendor management and negotiation.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
