Roles & Responsibilities:
Perform installation, configuration, servicing, and preventive maintenance of IT hardware, including laptops, desktops, UPS systems, N-Computing devices, routers, biometric devices, switches, TVs, and digital copiers.
Conduct periodic asset verification and ensure accurate asset tagging and documentation.
Manage antivirus updates and annual data backup processes.
Handle end-to-end IT asset procurement, including obtaining quotations, securing approvals, preparing POs, verifying invoices, coordinating asset receipt and dispatch, ensuring accurate asset numbering, and facilitating vendor payments.
Configure and troubleshoot email accounts for users.
Provide support for local, network, and Wi-Fi connectivity for employees.
Prepare MIS reports and assist with travel claim documentation as required.
Attend IT service calls and coordinate vendor visits; maintain vendor service reports.
Prepare gate passes, courier letters, and maintain related documentation.
Manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) and maintain vendor relationships.
Prepare and maintain audit-related documentation.
Log warranty service calls and follow up with service providers.
Support Windows OS activation and licensing-related tasks.
Provide support for internet connectivity issues.
Manage user addition and deletion in Virtual Machines for the Madurai region.
Install and support VPN access for work-from-home users in Madurai.
Install and troubleshoot softphone applications for Madurai users.
Ensure strict adherence to ISMS standards, data security policies, and organizational procedures.
