As a Software Engineering - Developer at Kyndryl, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge software solutions. Using design documentation and functional programming specifications, you will be responsible for implementing identified components. You will ensure that implemented components are appropriately documented, unit-tested, and ready for integration into the final product. You will have the opportunity to architect the solution, test the code, and deploy and build a CI/CD pipeline for it.

As a valued member of our team, you will provide work estimates for assigned development work, and guide features, functional objectives, or technologies being built for interested parties. Responsibilities
Work under pressure and fast-paced environment to resolve issues quickly and ensure the daily operation is smooth.

• Very good understanding of Microsoft Exchange and Mobility topics.
• Sound knowledge of Exchange and AD platform.
• DHCP, DNS, Wins, Active Directory knowledge is a must.
• Sound knowledge in networking concepts
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Perform periodic house cleaning tasks.
• Work with cross functional infrastructure teams to setup, mange and administration of Messaging infrastructure.
• Participate in Audits and provides appropriate information
• Participate in EUS infrastructure project and executes as per the project schedule
• Participate in appropriate regional activities / discussions / projects and meetings
• Knowledge of Cisco IronPort would be an added advantage
• Working experience on mobility topics like AirWatch, Workspace One, Intune will have added advantage
• Knowledge of scripting \xe2\x80\x93 PowerShell, VB script etc.
• Experience on project handling

Profile Required


Required Skills, Experience, and Certifications

• 4 to 10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in MS Exchange, O365, Active Directory or other cloud-based system, and troubleshooting experience
• Passionate about delivering the ultimate customer experience
• Demonstrated professionalism in resolving customer issues
• Commitment to meet and exceed individual and team KPIs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of O365 Suite and environment
• Understanding of O365 capabilities, plans, service descriptions and feature
• Experience with desktop client administration
• Experience with remote desktop support
• Demonstrated Execution: ability to take action and follow through
• Demonstrated Results: ability to makes a difference by successfully exceeding expectations on established metrics

Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Experience working with large messaging ( Hybrid Microsoft Messaging )
• Experience with Microsoft Windows operating system environment
• Experience with ITIL methodologies and best practices
• Experience with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
• Understanding of DNS
• Experience with POP/IMAP/SMTP
• MCP certification
• Thorough Understanding of Concepts of Networking Fundamentals

Experience with the following:

• Microsoft Visio
• Active Directory
• Microsoft Exchange Server
• Microsoft Server
• Microsoft SharePoint
• Microsoft Lync / Skype for Business
• O365 set up from start to finish
• Office Suite installation and Activation
• OneDrive synchronization application troubleshooting

• Mail flow configuration and troubleshooting
