BRM Developer IBM ODM Experience 4 to 8 Years Location India Technical Skills Primary IBM ODM
Technologies IBM ODM Github Eclipse Jenkins etc
Database Technologies SQL MS SQL Server
3 years\' experience in writing complex Business Rules and Decision Tables in IBM Decision Center
3 years\' experience in creating BOM XOM Dynamic Variables Business rules Decision Tables Rule flow Rule functions
3 years\' experience with Orchestrating Authoring Deploying rules
Ability to interpret business requirements and work closely with project team members technical leads and business partners to provide an optimal solution design
Experienced in development and testing of business rules using Business Action Language and Decision Tables
Experienced with IBM ODM 8 X version with WebSphere Application Server
Familiarity with techniques tools and best practices to be used for rule extraction harvesting from existing legacy systems and their externalization
Adherence to Testing Best Practices Methodologies Unit End To End Etc
Adherence to Application Development Documentation Best Practices
Experience in conducting Design Code Reviews Technical Skills Secondary - Java
Familiar with Agile software development methodologies
Should be aware of Agile methodology with daily scrum meetings Iteration planning meetings
Leading offshore team getting daily status and updates from team and help them in technical functional and business requirements queries
Communicate issues risks status to client project stakeholders throughout the engagement
Provide information update on tasks completed last week month tasks scheduled for next week month Involve in preparation of the Weekly Status Report and the
Monthly Scorecard Report
Able to learn new things quickly
Should be ready to work in shift timings
Good to have Insurance domain knowledge
