Role Overview



We are seeking an experienced Appian QA Engineer to join our team The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in quality assurance for Appian applications including functional integration and performance testing You will work closely with developers business analysts and stakeholders to ensure highquality deliverables



Key Responsibilities



Design develop and execute test plans test cases and test scripts for Appian applications



Perform functional regression integration and performance testing for Appian workflows and interfaces



Validate Appian BPM processes rules and UI components against business requirements



Collaborate with development teams to identify defects track issues and ensure timely resolution



Utilize Appian testing tools and frameworks for automation where applicable



Ensure compliance with QA standards best practices and documentation



Participate in AgileScrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives



Required Skills Qualifications



57 years of QA experience with at least 3 years in Appian testing



Strong understanding of Appian architecture BPM workflows and UI components



Handson experience with Appian versions preferably 21x or later



Proficiency in manual testing and automation frameworks Selenium JMeter or similar



Knowledge of API testing Postman RESTSOAP services



Familiarity with SQL for data validation



Experience in Agile methodology and tools like JIRA Confluence



Excellent analytical communication and problemsolving skills



Preferred Skills



Appian Level 1 or Level 2 certification



Experience with CICD pipelines and DevOps tools



Exposure to cloud environments AWS Azure



Education



Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
