Job Summary
The Specialist - Implementation Development is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying solutions that meet client needs during implementation projects. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes, strong technical acumen, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. The Specialist ensures smooth integration, configuration, and customization of solutions, providing expert support to achieve successful implementation outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Implementation Planning and Coordination
o Work closely with clients and stakeholders to gather and analyze implementation requirements.
o Develop detailed implementation plans, timelines, and deliverables.
o Collaborate with project managers and teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
Solution Development and Customization
o Configure and customize solutions to meet specific client needs.
o Develop and implement integrations with third-party systems as required.
o Create tools, scripts, or applications to support implementation processes.
Testing and Deployment
o Conduct system testing and user acceptance testing to ensure quality and functionality.
o Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the implementation lifecycle.
o Ensure successful deployment of solutions, providing post-deployment support.
Collaboration and Communication
o Partner with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, and support, to address client needs.
o Communicate project updates, challenges, and resolutions to stakeholders.
o Provide training and documentation for users and support teams.
Continuous Improvement
o Identify opportunities to enhance implementation processes and tools.
o Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in implementation and development.
o Contribute to the creation of knowledge bases and internal resources.
Qualifications
Education
o Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience
o 5+ years of experience in implementation, development, or related roles.
o Hands-on experience in configuring and deploying enterprise-level solutions.
o Familiarity with system integrations, APIs, and middleware technologies.
Technical Skills
o Proficiency in programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript).
o Strong knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and data migration techniques.
o Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).
o Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
Soft Skills
o Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
o Strong organizational and project management abilities.
o Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Certifications
o Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent.
