Create and manage
original, on-brand content
- posts, videos, reels, stories, carousels - that drives engagement and shares.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, operations, design, leadership) to develop
campaigns and storytelling opportunities
that support business objectives.
Track, analyse, and report
key metrics
(engagement, reach, follower growth, CTRs, etc.) with actionable insights.
Work with agencies, freelancers, or internal creatives for high-quality content production when needed.
Monitor trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform strategy and maintain a fresh, relevant brand voice.
Support digital campaigns, product launches, and event promotions with tailored social media content.
Own and maintain a
consistent visual and narrative identity
across all digital touchpoints.
Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
3-6 years of hands-on experience in
social media management
, preferably in tech, mobility, energy, sustainability, or B2B sectors.
Proven ability to grow engaged online communities and execute successful social campaigns.
Strong creative and copywriting skills - English (mandatory), Hindi (preferred).
Familiarity with
social media management tools
(e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout, Buffer) and analytics platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Google Analytics).
Basic graphic/video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar) are a strong plus.
A deep understanding of platform nuances, algorithms, and digital content trends.
Energetic, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-evolving startup ecosystem.
