About The Role About the Role: This role would effectively manage supply planning, pharma operations and material planning. Key Responsibilities: Overall understanding of all forecasting models and Demand Planning Cycle along with practical knowledge Effective management of supply planning and Good understanding of pharma operations and material planning, ability to breakdown operational activities to aid creation operation plans Ability to evaluate the changes and design setup for life cycle event. Well versed with all the aspects of pharma supply chain Understanding of various SAP transaction and ability to read and interpret MM, PIR, SL, BOM & CMA, MRP, PO, SO etc Good understanding of advanced concepts like Warehousing, Distribution and Strategies for optimization and Advanced Excel knowledge with all formulas. Role Requirements Essential Requirements: Manage new project set-up and maintenance with vendor and Awareness of GxP Execution of Global Cohort /PSDS Programs in coordination with Global MAP leads, ESP and carrying out labeling, packaging, Storage and distribution as per participating countries demand. Support and ensure audit readiness for MAP and Prepare MAP supplies demand forecast and supply plan based on forecast provided by participating countries and share with GCS/NTO. Planning budget related activities RFQ, Quote, Proposal and SLA for Global Cohort/PSDS programs in coordination with MAP lead. Ensure archival of all MAP Global Cohort/PSDS Program related documents in GXP SharePoint as per defined nomenclature and timelines. Desirable requirements Desirable requirements: Graduate/Postgraduate in Pharmacy/ Life Science/ Engineering/Commerce/Economics with proficient; knowledge of other English languages. Minimum 4+ years of overall experience in the field of Supply Chain Management.
