Ensure that Business meets all Contract & Catalogue Administration related support in SCM COE.
Business
Ensure to meet the SCM Operational target set for the FY2025.
Adhere SCM Procurement Policies & Standards
Ensure all customer queries are addressed within the agreed SLA timeline.
Focus on improving stakeholder experience and satisfaction
Processes
GOI contract ID creation in PSAP system
ER - Risk group approvals
Contract Administration activities in PSAP & SCBUY system
Catalogue Administration activities in ePro system (Creation, Modification & Inactivation)
Service Now queries.
Drive Process Improvements (Special Projects & Data Quality Initiatives)
People & Talent
Good understanding & experience of Contract Administration process
Effective presentation and communication skills
Problem solving ability.

Risk Management
Ensure to align with Risk & Compliance team and follow the procedures defined as per TPRM standards.
Ensure zero escalations & audit failures.
Governance
Implement process improvement in BAU.
Ensure all DOI documents are updated up to date.
Ensure all GPS process communications are followed in BAU.
Ensure all the resources are 100% cross functionality trained within the Contract Management team.
