As a Lead for SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module , you should have a deep understanding of SAP SD module configuration, implementation, and maintenance, as well as experience managing a team of consultants. You should also have excellent communication, collaboration, project management, team mentoring skills as well as the ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Key responsibilities as follows. You will work with the team to determine the organization\'s business requirements and develop the necessary SD module design and configuration. Gather detailed requirements from business users for whole business processes and/or functions on approved projects. Participate in Order to Cash implementation activities and act as a liaison with business process owners to validate requirements for changes to processes and recommend ERP related best practices. Manage business process mapping, process re-engineering and gap analysis. Recommend opportunities for streamlining, consolidating, and optimizing processes. Work independently while managing multiple priorities in a global environment, interacting with, and influencing business partners at all levels. Implement integrations with third party applications and platforms. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of the SD module across all relevant departments within the organization. This includes testing, training, and ensuring the module is working as intended. Drive business workshops, blueprint sessions, develop FS, Test scenarios, conduct training, perform testing, and provide defect management support. Ensure strategic outsource partners deliver on contractual Service Level Agreements and manage SLAs for outages, upgrades, and maintenance for all assigned systems. Collaborate with business representatives and technical leaders. Perform product and process audits according to the SAP/QA Testing Plan to ensure plans and processes are documented, compliance to processes and standards, and effectiveness of execution. Coach/mentor project team members, clarify assignments and deliverables, review the quality of work, and manage the integration of team members\' work. Demonstrate a commitment to quality and continuous improvement. REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: SAP Certified Bachelor\'s degree in engineering, Information Technology, Business, or related field required. Extensive (10-15 years) experience architecting, designing, and developing in high volume, heavily interfaced applications. Strong native HANA modeling skills with proven experience with complex modeling using scripts. Demonstrated experience upgrading large enterprise applications with multiple integrations and dependencies. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint and Project or other similar tools. Multiple deployments of SAP solutions in a global manufacturing company will be preferred. Experience defining, implementing, and rolling out solutions for SAP Manufacturing. Experience in working with analytics team in designing KPI dashboards. Prior SAP implementation or upgrade experience in a key role.
