: Experience Level: 6-8 Years Location: Gurugram Roles and Responsibilities:
Be the primary contact for the assigned SP/ Account to manage the Lifecyle of the request
Be the AT&T ambassador to further the customer experience.
Cowork with team members and external team stakeholders to work through the deliverables
Should have basic knowledge of Invoicing, billing process, Inventory and Pricing tools, also lead in process transformation and efficiency initiatives
Serves as the primary point of contact for the designated SP/Account and can manage lifecycle day to day
Effectively manages multiple projects with close attention to detail and meets short turnarounds and deadlines.
Primary / Mandatory skills: Overall - 6-8 years of experience in customer Q2C and sales led lifecycle roles.
Very strong written and verbal skills
Preferably from the Telecom/ IT industry
Experience working in an environment where coordination with multiple teams is essential to success
Ability to prioritize individual/group work in a high-stress, daily deadline driven environment
