Olam Global Business Services (OGBS) is a captive unit that offers End to End business process and analytics solutions. OGBS currently offers its solutions in 6 Platforms: Finance, Supply Chain, People services, Risk & Market Compliance, Big Data Analytics and Business Intelligence. At this moment, OGBS is located in City of Chennai, India and provides its services to over 20 countries. Olam GBS has received Best Shared Services in India Award - 2019, by Shared Services Forum and Asia\'s No.1 Shared Services in Process Improvement and Value Creation, 2019 by Shared Services and Outsourcing Network Forum.

• Reconciliation of derivative trades between Broker statement and CTRM system
• Reconciliation of Position & P&L between broker statement and CTRM system
• Co-ordinate with traders/MO team and resolve any trade breaks
• Communication with brokers to resolve trade disputes
• Margin call payment to brokers and withdraw excess cash available brokers
• Payment of FX forward and OTC trades settlement
• Payment of execution broker commissions
• Calculation of Initial margin requirement using span margin tools and reconcile with broker statements
• Preparing monthly reports to ensure all the cost and PnL are reconciled between broker statement and CTRM system

Profile Description

Experience: 6 to 8 Years

• Should have good understanding of Futures, Options and Equity swaps
• Work experience in commodity derivatives would be added advantage
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Familiar working with MS Excel formulas
