About The Client:
An American technological research and consulting firm based in Stamford, Connecticut that conducts research on technology and shares this research through private consulting, executive programs, and conferences. Its clients include large corporations, government agencies, technology companies, and investment firms.
The Client serves over 12,000 organizations in over 100 countries with an employee strength of 15,000.
Essential Job Functions:

• The primary responsibility of the role is to support client's Peer and Practitioner Research (PPR) teams with the timely processing and coordination of Research Interview scheduling.
• Monitoring the Research Interview (RI) email box and promptly processing emails during working hours.
• Creating Service Requests (SRs) in client's CRM system against daily outreach requests received.
• Timely completion of outreach requests within 48 hours of receipt.
• Accurately capture and track outreach progress across all active workstreams.
• Provide training and shadowing for new associates in this role.
• Provide weekly email and outreach report detailing the number of emails logged and research interviews scheduled.

The hours for this position are either 1pm-10pm IST or 8am-5pm IST.
