About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a results-driven and highly precise

Radiologist

with deep expertise in

CT and MRI imaging

to join our growing radiodiagnostic department at a leading multi-specialty hospital. In this role, you will be at the forefront of diagnostic accuracy, leveraging state-of-the-art imaging technologies to guide clinical decision-making and improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Imaging & Interpretation

Perform and interpret advanced

CT and MRI

scans independently, delivering timely and accurate diagnoses.
Analyze cross-sectional imaging to detect abnormalities in organs, bones, blood vessels, and soft tissues.

Reporting & Communication

Draft clear, concise, and actionable radiology reports in alignment with clinical context.
Engage directly with referring physicians to discuss critical findings and guide diagnostic pathways.

Patient Interaction

Explain imaging procedures to patients, addressing concerns, and ensuring procedural compliance and comfort during scans.

Technology & Equipment Oversight

Oversee the operation of imaging systems; liaise with biomedical teams for calibration, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Ensure imaging protocols and radiation safety measures are consistently followed.

Collaboration & Clinical Integration

Participate in

tumor boards, multidisciplinary case reviews

, and joint planning sessions to enhance collaborative diagnostics.
Offer radiologic insights that contribute meaningfully to treatment planning and monitoring.

Mentorship & Supervision

Guide junior radiologists and technologists in scan protocols, diagnostic interpretation, and workflow best practices.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and peer review within the department.

Documentation & Compliance

Ensure complete and accurate digital records via

PACS/RIS systems

, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with medical standards.

Professional Development

Keep abreast of innovations in imaging technologies, AI-assisted diagnostics, and evidence-based radiological protocols.
Engage in ongoing CME programs and institutional quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Core Competencies:

Medical Degree:

MD/DNB in Radiodiagnosis from a recognized institution.

Licensure:

Valid registration with the Medical Council of India or applicable State Medical Council.

Experience:

At least

2 years post-qualification

experience with a strong focus on

CT and MRI imaging

.

Technical Expertise:

Proficiency in cross-sectional imaging, digital reporting tools (PACS/RIS), and familiarity with high-end equipment from leading OEMs.

Analytical Precision:

Demonstrated ability to identify subtle, clinically significant abnormalities.

Communication:

Effective verbal and written communication for patient and physician collaboration.

Teamwork:
