Job Description

The Treasury [Analyst/Manager/Specialist, etc.] is responsible for managing the organization\'s financial assets, cash flow, and financial risk. This role involves various tasks related to liquidity management, investment, debt management, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The Treasury professional plays a critical role in optimizing the organization\'s financial performance and mitigating financial risks. Key Responsibilities: Cash Management: Monitor daily cash balances and ensure adequate liquidity to meet financial obligations. Forecast cash flow and prepare cash flow reports. Execute cash positioning and funding activities. Payment: Wire payment processing Banking and Relationship Management: Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions. Negotiate and optimize banking services and fees. Administer bank accounts and ensure compliance with bank agreements. Investment and Asset Management: Invest excess cash in accordance with the organization\'s investment policies. Monitor investment portfolio performance. Evaluate and recommend investment opportunities. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal treasury policies. Prepare and submit required financial reports to regulatory authorities. Assist in financial audits and internal controls. Treasury Policies and Procedures: Develop, maintain, and update treasury policies and procedures. Ensure that treasury activities are in line with established policies. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master\'s degree or relevant certifications may be preferred). Previous experience in treasury, finance, or related roles. Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment principles, and risk management. Proficiency in financial software and treasury management systems (TMS). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
