Job Title Performance Test Engineer 4 Years Experience

We are looking for a skilled Performance Test Engineer with 4 years of handson experience in JMeter scripting load testing and performance tuning The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of performance testing methodologies tools and best practices



Key Responsibilities



Design develop and maintain JMeter performance test scripts based on business requirements and user scenarios



Conduct various types of performance testing Load Stress Soak and Spike tests



Analyze test results identify bottlenecks and provide recommendations for performance improvements



Collaborate with development DevOps and business teams to replicate and troubleshoot performance issues



Generate detailed performance reports and present findings to stakeholders



Work with monitoring tools like Grafana New Relic Dynatrace etc to collect performance metrics



Contribute to the performance testing strategy and test planning



Required Skills



Minimum 4 years of handson experience with Apache JMeter



Strong understanding of performance testing concepts and SDLCSTLC



Experience in scripting complex performance test cases using JMeter functions correlation and parameterization



Proficiency in analyzing serverside logs and system metrics to identify performance issues



Experience with CICD pipelines and integrating performance testing into DevOps processes



Working knowledge of HTTP REST APIs JSONXML and web protocols



Familiarity with Performance Monitoring Tools eg Grafana Prometheus Dynatrace AppDynamics



Strong analytical and problemsolving skills



Good to Have



Experience with cloud environments AWS Azure GCP



Knowledge of additional performance tools like LoadRunner Gatling or k6



Experience in database performance testing and basic SQL



ISTQB or other testing certifications



Educational Qualification



Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field
