Required Skills Experience
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field
5 years of experience in software testing with significant expertise in both manual and automated testing
Strong understanding of software development and testing methodologies tools and processes
Proficiency in test automation tools eg Selenium TestNG and scripting languages eg Python Java
Experience with performance and security testing tools eg JMeter LoadRunner OWASP tools is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with different stakeholders
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities
Strong database skills SQL PLSQL Data Warehousing concepts ETL
Handson experience with DevOps practices CICD pipelines GitHub VSTS
Exposure to digital marketing platforms customer data platforms CDPs or loyalty systems is a plus
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira Confluence
Preferred Qualifications
Strong ETL and Data warehousing skillsexperience is added advantage
Experience with AIML frameworks scikitlearn AWS AI services or similar
Knowledge of Digital Marketing platforms Adobe Experience cloud Salesforce Marketing Cloud GCP etc
Understanding of data privacy regulations GDPR CCPA and ethical AI practices
Consulting experience or clientfacing roles in martech or digital transformation projects
Skills:
Mandatory Skills : API/Microservices RestAssured Testing, SQL & Database testing, BDD -Testing, Selenium-Java -Testing, Test Reports and Dashboards -Testing
