Responsibilities What does a Senior Test Analyst do at Fiserv You will play a key role in the software delivery process for our Professional Services teams, delivering mobile banking solutions in international markets. This a hands-on role where you will work with the rest of the development team and take ownership of the test deliverables to ensure only the highest quality products make it out the door. We are interested in someone with a strong testing background and mindset, developed through years of testing experience and continuous education in the testing field. You will know how to apply critical thinking skills in your role to identify problems in our products. You know where automation fits into the overall quality strategy, and have the experience to understand how to apply it appropriately to compliment the functional test approach. As a Senior Test Analyst you will play a role in the development of the team through mentoring and guidance of more junior team members as well as providing input into the QA process improvement both within their projects and to the wider QA Team. You will be part of a high performing team, passionate about what they do with a commitment to getting projects across the line. What you will do : Understand, communicate and execute on the scope of testing required to meet the needs of the project or desired business capabilities Review test plans, assist with managing post-design scope changes and resolving issues throughout the SDLC Advanced understanding of various testing techniques and how to apply these given the context of the project or environment that you are testing in Ability to plan and execute Integration testing with 3rd party systems Develop and maintain standard QA and Test documents to form an integral part of the delivery methodology. Understand the system architecture, release and environment management, and contribute towards quality initiatives and overall process improvements What you will need to have : Strong software testing experience with testing Native mobile applications Capable technical tester proficient in API testing and the use of tools such as Postman, SoapUI, Fiddler, Charles or similar Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment using Rapid software testing techniques Advanced understanding of various testing techniques and how to apply these given the context of the project or environment that you are testing in Ability to plan and execute Integration testing with 3rd party systems Experience in banking domain a plus We welcome and encourage diversity workforce .
