Job Title: EMS - Specialist

Job Purpose
The EMS Specialist - Production will be responsible for overseeing and managing the production line to ensure efficient and high-quality manufacturing of mobile devices. The role requires a strong understanding of EMS processes, equipment, and best practices in electronics manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced production environment, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Main Tasks, Duties and ResponsibilitiesManage Production Line: Oversee the daily operations of the production line, ensuring adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of production operators and technicians. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth. Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality. Equipment Maintenance: Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure all equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and functioning optimally. Schedule and oversee preventive maintenance activities. Quality Assurance: Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to monitor product quality and implement corrective actions for any deviations. Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels of components and materials. Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of required materials. Production Planning: Collaborate with the planning and logistics teams to develop and execute production plans that meet customer demand while optimizing resource utilization. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze production data to track key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends, and generate reports for senior management. Use data to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Safety and Compliance: Ensure all operations are conducted in compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Promote a culture of safety within the production team.

Requirement:
Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.


Relevant experience:Minimum of 08+ years of experience in EMS production management or a similar role in electronics manufacturing Strong knowledge of SMT/MI/Assembly processes, Wave soldering and testing equipment, and technologies. Proficiency in using SMT machines, solder paste printers, reflow ovens, and inspection systems.

Experience with manufacturing software systems (e.g., MES, SAP) and familiarity with data analysis tools.
