Strategy Timely production of daily PC Sales P&L reporting across different regions globally. The main products controlled are FX Cash, FXO, NDF, Commodities, Rates, Credit, and Money markets. Monitoring and review of key controls/processes around daily PL and balance sheet Ensuring all controls are followed and reviewed in a timely manner Liaising with different stakeholders like Sales/marketers, MO, IT, Operation, audit teams (internal and external), and respective financial controller to resolve issues timely Reviewing Daily P&L trends and highlighting gaps / opportunities Business Review of Daily & Month end reconciliations between the TP systems and the ledger. Primary contact person for the business and Local Finance teams with regards to issues relating to Sales P&L reporting. Continually reviewing all assigned processes in order to identify opportunities for quality and process design improvement Ensuring all activities conducted in the unit are appropriately documented and approved according to the new policies developed for GBS service centre and that documentation is kept accurate and up to date Processes Adherence to the Departmental Operating Instructions manual for all matters concerning decision making in terms of timeliness and accuracy standards specified. Continuous Improvement in Productivity to the standards prescribed from time to time. Risk Management Ensuring compliance with all applicable Rules/ Regulations and Company and Group Policies. Ensuring compliance with Group Anti Money Laundering Prevention Policy and Procedures to the extent applicable and reporting all suspicious Transactions to the Line Manager. Regulatory & Business Conduct Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group&rsquos Values and Code of Conduct.
