Responsibilities:
Conduct product presentations and demos for all company solutions
Follow standardized demo flows to ensure consistency across client engagements.
Address customer queries and technical clarifications effectively and promptly.
Capture and document customer requirements and feature enhancement requests.
Coordinate with Product Owners and Sales Teams for solution alignment.
Ensure smooth handover to the Sales/Commercial stage with complete documentation.
Stay updated on product features, enhancements, and industry trends.
Deliver tailored, high-impact presentations that drive customer engagement.
Handle multiple product lines and adapt presentations based on client needs.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in Presales, Product Demonstration, or Solution Consulting.
Strong understanding of software products and technical concepts.
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Proficient in handling multiple client engagements and coordinating between teams.
Strong organizational, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.
Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes (preferred).
