nsure timely and accurate processing of mont hly payroll. M
aintain precise and up-to-date employee payroll records. C
ollaborate with GCC wider Payroll team to support varying bandwidth. C
ollaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless payroll operations. A
nalyse and resolve payroll discrepancies promptly and effectively. R
espond to employee payroll-related queries and requests in a timely manner. P
rocess final settlements accurately and within stipulated timelines. D
emonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Social Security, Income Tax, Gratuity, and other statutory regulations across Asian jurisdictions. D
emonstrate robust knowledge related to Middle East jurisdictions. E
xhibit strong understanding of payroll journals and general ledger accounting principles. A
pply knowledge of payroll accruals and related financial requirements. P
rovide effective support for month-end closing activities. D

esired Candidate Profile
G

raduate/post-graduate preferrable in Commerce, Accounting or Business Administration. M
inimum 4 yrs of experience in a similar role. C
andidates with experience in payroll operations across Asian countries will be given preference. E
xperience and certification in Six Sigma will be an added advantage. S
trong analytical and MIS skills. M
S Office especially good in MS Excel. E
