looking for a technical lead who can perform: 1. Client Administration and System Refresh 2. System Refresh (one System Refresh a year) 3. Client Copy 4. SAP Support Pack upgrade (One Patch a year for All SAP Instance in scope) 5. Kernel Upgrade (One each quarter for each SAP Instance) 6. Database Administration (TableSpace admin, ) 7. Execution of Backups 8. Hana Advanced (Database Admin) 9. Application Database Patches (One Patch a year Per Instance) 10. Capacity Management 11. Excellent in communication 12. Perform the coordination between technical team and Business users 13. Good Team player, work closely with SAP HEC and Basis team 14. know how to create SAP service requests 15. Performance Anlysys Based on Monitoring 16. SAP system Technical configuration changes (Parameters, Early Watch recomm) 17. SAP Alert administration, Resolution 18. ABAP Dumps analysis
