This is an entry-level role that requires some basic knowledge of retirement plans and follows established procedures designed to minimize market risks and gain/loss situations. This role is responsible for asset mapping entry based on fund mapping strategies associated with wires received from prior record keepers. This role will also be responsible for QC and Posting of wires.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSAsset mapping entry of wires received that are less complex in nature QA of wires received Process daily wires including pushing money to associated funds Coordinate plan-to-plan transfers/movement Process plan level load on the application Understanding the mutual fund and trade operations Reconcile the requested data to update data in the system

QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's Degree 1-3 years of trade operation experience. Excellent problem solving, analytical and verbal/written communication skills Experience working with 401(k) Strong analytical/problem solving, written and verbal communication skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively Attention to detail Excellent time management Flexible schedule (Shift timings: 4:30 PM IST to 1:30 AM IST) Basic mathematical skills
